The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) at St. Joseph’s College for Women is a vital component of the institution, dedicated to bridging the gap between students and employers.
Objectives:
– Act as an interface between employers and students
– Help students identify their careers through career counseling
– Organize Career Awareness and Preparatory Programs
– Counsel parents about their wards’ choice of careers
– Offer post-induction support and counseling
