The National Scholarship Portal (NSP) is an online platform by the Indian government for students to apply for and receive various central and state-level scholarships through a single registration and application process. It aims to provide financial assistance for school, college, and higher education, serving as a transparent, one-stop solution to disburse funds directly to students’ bank accounts via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
