The Governing Council is the apex administrative and policy-making authority of
St.Joseph’s College for Women, Rammanahalli, Mysore. Appointed as per the norms of the
University Grants Commission (UGC) and our affiliating University, the Council ensures
effective governance, strategic direction, and the pursuit of academic excellence.
The Council provides the strategic vision and long-term planning framework, bridging
institutional management with the interests of all stakeholders—including students, faculty,
alumni, and the wider society.
