1. Conduct Discipline: Students must maintain the highest standards of behavior and
discipline on and off campus.
2. Academic Performance: Consistent performance in examinations is required for promotion
to the next academic year.
3. Disciplinary Actions: Misconduct (including irregular attendance, discourtesy,
insubordination, damage to property, or anti-social activities) will result in disciplinary
action, potentially expulsion without prior notice.
4. Attendance & Punctuality: Punctuality is mandatory; reporting late counts as absence.
Students require written permission from the Principal (accompanied by a parent/guardian) to
leave during college hours.
5. Dress Code & ID Cards: A prescribed uniform must be worn at all times while on campus,
including during examinations and functions. The college identity card must be carried and
produced upon request.
6. Attendance to Functions: Attendance is compulsory for all college functions, seminars,
industrial visits, and Parents-Teachers Meetings.
7. Unauthorized Activities: Students must not organize activities, associate with outside
groups, convene meetings, invite outsiders, or circulate publications without the Principal’s
written permission.
8. Prohibited Items: Use of mobile phones within college premises is strictly prohibited.
Violators’ handsets will be seized and confiscated.
9. Expulsion Authority: The Principal reserves the right to expel any student guilty of serious
misconduct.
10. Anti-Ragging Policy: Ragging is a criminal offense, strictly prohibited, and punishable by
law, including immediate cancellation of admission.
11. Minimum Attendance: Students must fulfil the minimum attendance requirement mandated
by the University of Mysore/Educational Authority (typically 75%).
12. Communication: Students are responsible for regularly checking college notice boards for
updates and communications.
